Board of Directors

The Board of Directors reflects the diversity of the communities that Aveson Schools (AS) serve along with Aveson’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Each member brings expertise in educational programming, charter school management, finance and facilities, non-profit management, legal issues, organizational governance, communication and fundraising critical for Aveson’s success in fulfilling the promise of its charters.

Public meetings are held monthly at 6:30 p.m. All Aveson stakeholders and members of the public are invited to attend and publicly comment during the public comment period.

Agendas and the location of the meeting are posted 72 hours in advance, inside and outside of the main office at both school campuses, and on the schoolwide calendar. Special board meetings are called as needed. Special meeting agendas are posted 24 hours prior to the meeting.
